Do you mean the title element (as in <TITLE>), the title attribute (as in <a href="whatever.com" title="WHATEVER">) or a semantic title within the test?

when you use some program to submit RSS some ask you only the link or page
    so they read the "header"
    other ask you

    1- title
    2 -description
    3- link or page
    4- RSS link

and i know google only read meta title and the page content
so is it good to use the same index page submitting with different title please ?

    thanks
    enjoy your day
    :)
