I have a 6 years old domain with hosting and have hundreds of articles on it (TF = 2 , CF = 6) , but after reading BHW and learning so much on SEO, linking etc.... - my plan/idea is to get an expired domain having (TF = 20+ , CF = 25+) and get all my artciles imported to the new domain/hosting.

need BHW help is this approach will help me ?? Advice highly appreciated.

If you do this I would also do a 301 for all of the pages from your old domain to the new domain so Google does not think it is dupe content but that the site has actually moved to this domain.

You hit the right path (but PLEASE stop paying too much about metrics like TF, CF, instead focus on BACKLINKs, BACKLINKs, BACKLINKs, since they do help rank your website, not the metrics.
In you case, please de-index all content in your old domain (login to Webmaster Tool, then choose Remove URL). After checking that all of your content get deindexed (within 1-2 days), you can re-publish them on new domains.
