Lets say If I would want to build a website and only dedicate it for getting the traffic only from searchengines.
What would be better?-
* To Register brand new domain and build on that one
*Buy already about 4-6months old website what have PR2-3 ( you can buy sites like these from DP for about $30-$50each) related to what you are going to build and then just destroy that old web and put your on and then Start the SEO for it ( by that I mean building about 100links per day to it and heavily promote it - because If I would do this to brand new domain what is registered yesterday and If i start such an huge promotion it would raise google flags and they would sandbox me right away, RIGHT? )

So From your experience Would That second way give this safety that I would get maybe better rankings right away and I wouldn't need to worry about that much that google might slap me and ban?

That what he said.

Seasoned domains are best and have more credibility with the search engines, so I would go with number 2

I wouldn't do anything whitehat unless it's PPC, establishing a real online website that is unique and is self-supporting (i.e. a social network, something where users can submit, etc.), or something along those lines. I don't have time to write content, or compete with the millions of webmasters out there. If I'm doing something whitehat, it has to be everlasting and a one-time-job, like a viral script for example! This probably doesn't answer your question specifically, but hopefully you found it useful!

True but you need to be careful and make sure nothing bad was done with the previous domain. Search thoroughly for any references to it.
