is it possible using Imacro to paste something into the wall post of Facebook, Refresh the page, wait 30 seconds then do it again?

You will need to spin the message though and there will be a threshold limit till which you can do this. You can't insert the same link more than around 5-10 times.

how is it done in imacro? when I use the ctrl v to paste it doesnt work
