I have a few sites I want to see if their cloaking or not, is their a way to mask my identity as a search engine to view their real page?

Why would you want to see if he is cloaking? If you're a cloaker yourself then it is pretty dumb to rat out another cloaker

plus clocked pages are usually not worth even looking at...but if you want to know if they are clocking I think there is a web page that you just enter the URL
and it will find the pages

Depends on how they are cloaking. Any decent cloaking software is going to be ip based, not user agent based. Thus it doesn't matter what you change your user agent to, you aren't going to see the pages.

There's a few options here if they're doing useragent cloaking which sucks you can imitate the google useragent. If they have half a brain they're doing IP cloaking so you're not going to be able to see what they're doing without access to and allowed IP. But again if they're a newbie cloaker they might have forgot to turn off cache'ing in the engines and you can sometimes find the cached site in the index how the engine sees it. But if they're smart it's REALLY hard to catch them because there's no cache and only delivered to the IP's the google, live, ask and yahoo own which unless you know someone you're goign to have a hard time with.
