Is it possible to use non verified paypal to receive payment and transfer money???

    If I create a pay pal and don't verify it, will I be able to receive payment n transfer money to others. I want to create a pay pal using anonymous US persons name and address and I want to receive payment and transfer money from the account without verifying it. Is it really possible???

    no ... actually you will lose the money most of the time , remember for us peoples to have their gaypal accounts to be verified it's need to confirm the bank account ;) and that's sometime can be just like a pain on the a$$ :) .... anyway if you look closer on the forum you will find some short of solution's to this '' problem ''

    Yeah, I've done it. Take payment of $, forward on as gift, so the full payment is preserved. Then ignore the PP account. All in about 10 minutes. Not talking long term.

    If I verify the account by a vcc and a virtual bank account will I be able to use the full functionality of an US paypal account? I found a site who r selling virtual credit cards and virtual bank account to verify US paypal. The site is hxxp://vccorder dot c0m. If I verify by using those from them or from any other supplier, Will it really work? Will I get the full functionality???

    Ehmm, I don't quite get this now. I used my account for long before verifying it - sending and receiving payments. Only had to verify to lift limits...What am I not getting in this thread?
