Is it possible to switch hosting without infos of the old one ?

i don't have acces to cpanel - and theyr servers are Sh*t !

can i migrate to another hosting without infos - or only with infos in whois

You need domain control, if you have you can change DNS or IP and point domain to new server.
For the information if it;s wordpress you can backup all data with plugin.

What kind of infos do you actually need? To redirect a domain you only need access to the domain registrar dashboard. For files of the website, you will need access to the servers to retrieve them.

i have acces to wordpress dashbord - that will do it ? cause i have no acces to cpanel

If you have access to wordpress dashboard, you can use wordpress export-import plugin to export wordpress data and then import it on new hosting.
