If i have a product on clickbank - i see that anyone can be an affiliate....in other words they don't have to ask my permission.

But if i don't like the tactics someone is using to promote my product - how can i stop them?

I'm not familiar with clickbank so there might be a simple way to just say "I don't want this guy", but one idea is to check and see if they are in violation of any of clickbank's terms and conditions and report the guy. Even if its not something related to why you want him gone.

Many promoters use a white-list option on ClickBank, so I would presume that you could blacklist someone or remove them from the whitelist. Then they won't receive credit for any hops, and so would probably give up pretty quickly.

Vince from AMR uses whitelisting on his affiliates.
