Is it possible to sell an email list?

Just a the thread title is

If you have information of the email owner like Gender,GEO location,Age etc etc is worth the money. But just list of emails in an excel is worth nothing unless you already converted with this emails.

Yes, it's absolutely possible. But keep in mind that you need to clean the list before you sell. If the users have a past purchase history and have a problem, then it's value will increase.

For example one of my Indian friends give me a list including like 50,000 businesses based in the UK and America he could have easily sold this to me like $500 or to someone else since it contained these details

Phone numbers
Address
Email address
Person name
Job title or person or persons in charge of the websites

Meaning with these details you or someone else could try and turn them into SEO clients or even sell website designing services to them or something else.

You could as well sell them like product service for example lets say you make and sell car parts for example for Ford cars you could say something to them

"Hi I see you got a fantastic website based in London where you fix cars I offer professional car parts would you be interested in jumping on a call with me to discuss things further?
