Is it possible to sell a website with PR3, some quality content but with no adsense earnings? And how much will it cost. I know you're going to say "it depends", but I want to know some approximation, e.g. 10$, 50$, 100$, 200$ etc.

Yeah it is possible if you have traffic.
I sold my website with no adsense earnings for 70 bucks.
but it had like 100 visitors a day.

This was before I knew about IM.

but if you have no earnings and no visitors then you need the right person and that is hard to find.

PR3 domains go for around 50 bucks as mentioned above. If you also have some visitors, even more.

Most sites like flippa, sedo, go daddy auctions list ended sales. I would check on these what something similar was sold at...

Sure you can sell it, however, if you're not generating revenue from it, you'll have much less bargaining power, because the revenue should testify of the site's value.

So you mean it is realistic to sell a random pr3 domain for $50 even without a website? That would be shocking.

You can get it sold if you post it up at the right place. As long as it's not penalized and the PR is valid with unique content, you can get a reasonable amount of money out of it. If it doesn't meet the 3 criterion mentioned, it probably isn't worth anything.

Yeah about $50 for a PR3 domain if the name isn't to bad. I would sell it with content though and maybe get a higher end price. :)

Yea if it gets good traffic, but why not put adsense on it? Even if it generates a small amount of money, it will be worth a lot more.

    it doesn't get any traffic.

So the story is that I have some PR3s fucking around they have like one page with random bs content, they even have some backlinks like 50-200, they're not penalized or anything else but they have no value other then PR and backs.
