Is it possible to remove search results?

If they don't deal with the cause of these reviews, no one can help them.

As for the top page results, all you can do is push them down.

However, of you are a good marketer think if there is a way to benefit from this. Can you contact those who neg reviewed you and talk with them, solve their problem, apologize, send a gift, or w/e according to your business

I would disagree with this as well. I absolutely think you should worry about negative reviews. If you read a bunch of negative reviews about a company, you're much less likely to buy from that company. That's common sense.



If a client has multiple sites listing negatives there are two things that need to be done.

  1. The client needs to clean up their business. Often these negatives have come from a certain situation or employee. If it's not a one-time event, they need to deal with the root problem. I have a client who had a sale and was overwhelmed with orders. She had a years worth of orders in one weekend and wasn't able to fulfill them all. This was in 2015 and she is still dealing with the negative reviews from that sale.
  2. Removal isn't the best option, they need to be suppressed. Even if you work with the most expensive attorneys, it's unlikely they will be able to remove every negative review and you'll still be left with some negatives on the first page. Suppression will push all of the negatives down.

People often share opinions based on limited knowledge, without fully understanding the topic. Don’t trust random advice from people who don’t know about online reputation management and what it can do.

If it didn’t work, reputation management companies wouldn’t exist.

Anything is possible. If your business is struggling, contact a reputation management company to understand your options better.

Not at all. I deindexed many articles, websites via DMCA METHOD
 
Any reviews are good, including bad ones. This is an indispensable component of every business, you can't do without it. Just ask the client after the purchase to leave a good review for some bonus or gift, so you can even out the rating
