Hi all, I'm interested in trying to rank some local sites to sell leads to local companies. I'm not going after crazy niches like doctors and lawyers, but I've found a few high $ niches in my city that look insanely easy to rank for (eg. the only links they seem to have are from Yelp and a few other citations/directories). Literally 3 or 4 links from easy to get sources. They also have very minimal content, and poor on-page seo. However, they obviously have a physical business so they show up on the Maps results, as well as at the top of the organic results. If I were to create a site, that had great content and great on-page seo targeting [city] [niche], as well as getting some links from other local sites, then would it be possible to rank well in the organic results, without having a physical address on my site? Obviously I wouldn't be able to get into the Maps results, but there's enough search volume with these queries that I reckon I'd still get some decent traffic. TLDR; For local SEO, how important of a ranking factor is it having an address listed on your site? Thanks!
