The number 1 spot MS Stats
    13years old....PR6.....91k Indexed Domain BL.....the page itself (domain.com/jkhfjhfffhg) has 1.3k links.....and 8.4k gov and edu total links.

My site will be domain.com/keyword, but I just bought the website. It will definitely be Wordpress as I hear good things about it.

Number 2 Ms Stats it has exact keyword .net

N/a domain age....PR0....145 Indexed Domain Backlinks....the page itself has 35 backlinks....0 edu gov links.

None have Title...Description...Head tags optimized for it.

The other sites are 8yrs old plus but the specific amount of the links to the pages are not more than 250 (except the #1 spot)

Im thinking 1 Xrumer or Scrapebox blast for 10k links should do the job for this keyword?

Is this a walk in the park type ranking? :dog_walk1

ohaaa, 13 years old domain + 91k indexed backlinks + 8.4 gov and edu links + 1.3k links to the deep-page = TOOOO MUUUCH WOOORK !!!

If you think you can hit spot 1 easy way with xRumer + SBox you are crazy :D

But as I see the others aren't well optimised, you can hit top 5 easy. It will be just harder with a brand new domain, use an good aged domain + 5 years and you will have it much easier.

gonna be VERY hard to beat #1, but I think top 5 is achievable in a couple of months.

Number 4 is Google Images BTW.

@Homenet Thank you but what strategy of link building would you recommend?

No.1 spot as has been said is very hard to beat, particularly with a new domain. Only you can decide if it is worth it to get top 5 but don't forget if you start jumping the rankings and are aiming for No.1, it will be easier for the top site to remain there with smaller amounts of seo.
