There is no surefire way to get a #1 ranking on Google. However, targeting the right keywords and audience can significantly increase your chances. Follow that up by creating and promoting tons of well-optimized content, and you're good to go! Those top rankings could happen much sooner than you think.

mate, I was SPECIFICALLY addressing the "is it possible to rank within a month?" issue, which I know it IS possible cause I've seen proof of it (someone else had posted a screenshot of such a website less than a week ago on this very forum), but even if I hadn't seen any proof I would still know that it's possible because I have a brain to use and I can see how things work in rich people's circles.
it's possible, man, please stop spreading lies. If you are filthy rich you can rank in a week, not a month. Sure, you will rank by paying for Google Ads and by using all sorts of cloacking, scraping and redirecting techniques and scripts, but I don't know how to do this cause I'm not tech-savvy. But it's possible
if you're as smart as you say, how are you still not mastering the serps? Good luck in your quest for a secret technique that doesn't exist.

I am smart, but I'm also lazy. And I don't want to master any SERPS, I just want 5000 EUROS per month and that's all. And I could get to this number without mastering anything... had I not been a lazy ass that is.
Regarding the secret techniques... they do exist but I'm not searching for it because I know for a fact that I don't have the money to make it work. But I still want people to make those techniques available here for everyone to see, even if they get patched out immediately. I don't give a shit that those people lose money, they have too much of it anyway.
