Yes it is possible, i have done it many times. Fastest being 24 hours from being indexed.
But it depends on your site, competition and keyword.

Well, I can't say. Pages on my websites pick up on their own, and most times stay there. I wasn't monitoring how long it took to get there.

The "url submission" shit doesn't work anymore. No matter how many times you submit.
To @theconverselad , sure you can rank within days... especially for keywords like "sfkjsdlfdjs", "sdfsd sfdsfd".
But if you want to rank for something decent then obviously NO. Why would anybody rank you instead of ranking their own sites???
Posting threads like "[haf]rank quickly on bing" will only attract spammers and scammers.

You guys are discussing something different. I originally posted this thread to know whether we can rank a site on Bing in few days, and, this has turned out to be a thread for "indexing" and thus actually hijacking my thread!
