Is it possible to rank a micro niche website on page 1 of google in just 1 month?

I would like to go for a keyword with less than 2000 exact searches per month.

How to check the competition of the keyword? I do have access to Google keyword tool only. I donot have any paid ones.

Can any one please guide me on how to find the competition with free tools?

Also, please guide me on what kind of keyword to select to be able to rank it in 1 month.

Yes it is possible. Check the top 5 results, run them through link checkers such as ahrefs and majestic and see what kind of links they have. Can you duplicate them? Can you beat them with better links?

Of course it's possible. As above, replicate your competition and then add a bit more to the mix.

Majestic and ahrefs are both paid tools. Are there any free tools to check the competition?

And if the competition is fairly low, how to rank the website in less than a month?

Buying a PR5 or PR4 link can rank a website easily for a low competitive keyword?

You can check the competition with ahrefs.com for free. Get the first 5 urls for that keyword and paste it on ahrefs. Check the backlinks of your competitors. If u think you can beat them then go for it if not than change your niche. And yes if the keyword is med competition you can deff rank in 1 month. You need to spend some money though.

If you have direct access on Sape, then it's the best option to use as you can filter and choose only the best links for your campaign.
If you choose sape links wisely you can rank a low competition keyword within a week.
