Ranking procedure of faceboook fanpage or any other is same as to rank any websites..

No real difference...
And you'll find that plenty (thousands) of likes will drive your FB page's PR up. 10k likes on one of mine provides a PR5 with no other linking. But I haven't attempted to rank this page though; it's just social proof for another site.

If you're trying to rank your FB Fan page in Google, then it may not be the best approach. Why?
FB is a search engine in itself, so by driving 'targeted' traffic from within FB, you will achieve better conversions and remove any reliance on Google.

The only difference is that ranking a FB page or a YT video is much easier because there will be no sandbox even if you spam the hell out of them every day with thousands of backlinks.
