Is it possible to post ads for other's pages using my own billing information

I want to post Facebook ad for my friends pages using my own credit card. I know account owner can add user to manage a page as advertiser . But being advertiser, i must use my friend's billing information which i do not want to do.

I also try to post a ad from my account for my friends facebook page, but fb do not allow it until he make me advertiser. so, is it possible to be a manager/advertiser and create ads for my friends using only my own credit card

You must have a role on that page so that you can create an ad for it. Ask your friend to make you a manager on his page and then you can use your billing information to run an ad campaign for his Facebook Page.

You need to be advertiser/manager to promote other people's page, but you can promote any websites by choosing one of your pages.
