I have access to lists for mailing

Their Industry lists for almost everything available. Both down to the region and zip codes to all over the country.

Each list I have has been run through what I call NC48, it takes the addresses and runs it against a big USPS database and any (address) moves made within 48 months that are reported to USPS it then takes the new address and updates the list.

I'm curious is there a way I can create or start a small income?

Any help would be appreciate or suggestions itself.

    Thank You.

If you have the phone numbers hire a telemarketer on commission only and sell website design services or invest a large amount of money and create targetted postscard offers.

You have access to what some companies pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for.

Their is money to be made.

i work for a printing company and people always call trying to sell lists. if you have targeted data you might pitch an entire marketing campaign to a company (will take some dedicated work) but if you can save someone a ton of money on the list, you will automatically have a built-in advantage. you can pitch the design, printing and mailing in one package. there's probably better ways to utilize your list but this is the first one that comes to my mind.

    Thank You Both!

oliver_winston, you're right that's why I feel bad sitting on them. Each list comes with an NCOA certificate and the cost value of what they sell for. I also can run them through mailing software that requires expensive membership (BBC) to make sure their constantly updated and what the success rate for them are through TMM (Track My Mail) from previous marketing campaigns.

The problem is I'm aware of direct offline marketing through postcards but I wanted to know if their was an alternative way. I'm interested in your telemarketing idea and I'd like to read up and learn more about it so that why I'm not guessing or asking silly questions. Is there any places you suggest I read up on or methods that might benefit me?

Maybe I should look for a partner on here? Are people legit. I work 12 hours day and life has been busy. I want to make time for this but I'm going to need more then just the weekends to get this going!

Thanks again for your ideas both of you! Please let me know if you like anything in return, if I can get it for you I'll hook you up with a sample.

I once found on a freelancer site someone was paying $5000 for a list of US companies in a particular industry (don't remember which one) and the list had to include addresses, e-mail addresses and the coordinates (latitude & longitude).

Yeah some of the lists have

    DPV
    Walk Sequence
    Latitude and Longitude

just depends on how saturated you want the list to be.

Those are harder to get but I can get them. Just takes longer to access but they come with NCOA certificates, proof to how new the list is. Some come with emails, some don't just depends on what you want.

DO you think if I paid the $30 fee on this forum, it would be profitable to sell to the members here on the forum? As long as they're happy with the quality of course.

I really don't know about this particular forum, because I never sold anything like that but you can make a presale (if this word even exists) thread like " Would people in here be interested in this kind of service ?" and inside the thread just describe what you can provide but don't make it a sales thread, just some details about your offer so you'll have an idea of how many potential customers you can get from here.
You can also start by opening a gig on fiverr.com, it's free.
Go to elance.com and look for people who are looking for what you have to offer.
Do a little bit of market research :)

    Good luck.
