What I mean is, say one video reach a 1.000.000 views, with that amount of views is it safe to say that the video from that moment on will get at least 5.000/10.000 daily views?

Of course, there are a tons of factor to take in accounts, involving niche of the videos, tags, etc., but we all know that the total number of views is one of the most important aspect in giving a video more exposure.

Any input on this matter is really appreciated.

It basically depends on how old the video is. If a video reachs 1.000.000 views in a month , for sure it´s producing 20.000 views/day minimun.
In youtube insight you have the choice of having a chart with the daily views.Actually the problem on youtube is to get a video viral without being fucked by flaggers.

There is a big competition on Internet marketing today because the whole world is getting poorer and there is more money to be made online than working 8 hours per day for a company or someone else. All this is real even if you live in a "first world country"

Just look at this forum, 5.000 people conneted at the same time, make the math and maybe 100.000 blackhatters visit this site every day.

Sorry for the offtopic part , just to make an idea how hard is becoming to make it online these days

I hear you about the competitors, buddy. I live in Italy and our economy is on the verge of collapsing, not to mention our politicians are just a bunch of incompetent and corrupted a-holes.

Back on topic, anybody has a clue/direct experience on the correlation of total/daily views?

No, not really, for some reason a video could go viral for a week (get to 1,000,000+ views) then it would slow back down to 1,000 - 2,000 views a day... You really can't tell
