I using Siteground shared hosting and dedicated IPs for both site so that visitors don’t know that these site belong to one owner, but is it still possible to link these websites? Domains Whois are hidden.

Depends on how they have there shared hosting plan setup. Best person is to ask there support they can tell you in a few seconds.

But to answer your question yes you can have a ton of sites on the same hosting account. Just depends on the cpanel settings that host has set in place.

If you have a Shared Hosting account with plenty of GBs of space to kill, you can start few websites with different domains, hosting all of them under one Shared Hosting account although your web hosting company says only 1 add-on domain is allowed.

I would say that depends on the IP range. I mean for both sites: how different IPs are? If they are different at least by C class that would be hard to estimate such 2 sites are linked.

This!

an IP reverse lookup usually reveals all sites hosted on an IP, could be a problem if your visitors are smart enough to do that, or if anybody cares. I have 100s of my cash cows on a shared IP on a single shared hosting account, and nobody seems to give a shit.
