Dont know where to turn but need help with cheating spouse. Is it possible to intercept data from his cell phone? I do not have access to the phone. His away on a trip that he should have returned 2 weeks ago. If this is not the forum, please direct where I can hire someone to help me with his cell phone and/or laptop. I have already been scammed.

Not the right forum for this type of things, but it's possible (nothing is impossible). The idea that comes into my mind right now, is making an application and install it on that phone, but I guess for your purpose it's not possible ATM. Search on google, but be aware that most of them are scams.

    Good luck!

You can do that only if you're with the NSA. It's illegal in the US to intercept data over the air from cell phones even if it's your spouse. However, if you had access to the phone itself then it wouldn't be illegal for a spouse.

I recommend hiring a good private investigator if you can afford it. It appears you're located in FL so I'm sure there are plenty of good PI's.

You can even get a free consultation with a PI and they will let you know exactly how they can help you. You should research the PI/firm before hiring them by doing a search for reviews on Google or Yelp in your local area. You'd be surprised at how much info you can find about companies on Yelp.

On a side note, I really hope he's not cheating on you and that he's a faithful husband. Cheating can cause a lot of heartache for all involved.

Good luck and I hope you find your answers.

Wowsers. He is MIA for two weeks, and your concern is about cheating. I guess you must have been pre-occupied by that before he left. Otherwise, you might be concerned for his safety.

As someone who has just gone through a very challenging life situation, I can tell you it's in your own personal best interest to handle this in a much more direct tact than trying to catch him. If you don't trust your husband you better get it on the table or this thing will eat you alive whether he's cheating or not. I'd strongly encourage direct communication. It might save your marriage, or save you years of your life wasting away with someone who may not love you anymore.
