Is it possible to find out how a specific blog is built?

    As the title says,is it possible to find out how a specific blog is built? Its an autoblog that uses rss links but makes a post for each link.

    Its not built on wordpress...which probably is be the best guess.

    You mean, you want to determine the CMS of a site? There are special tools.

    You can probably figure it out by viewing the source, you don't really need anything else.

    I would say just view the source of it as well. I do not think that any special tools are needed for this.

    As NicheFox has said builtwith.com works for this. I read an article on the guy who set it up from home.

    Supposedly
    it's a near one man operation and has millions in revenue. Good for him.

    What did you get? Maybe it's built with something bespoke, private.

    Also, maybe it's a static site with no CMS.
