I don't want to do anything nasty:) just want to make a joke for a friend of mine so I need a pic of his cat from his profile.
Is there any way possible to get that photo ?

I know I can make a PrintScreen and then Crop the image with some photo editor but this method is just too cheap. It has to be a better way of doing it...

    1. Hover Mouse Pointer over that Image
    2. Right Click
    3. Select "Save Image As"
    4. Press Enter!

You can also save the webpage, all the images will be in the resulting folder.
File-> Save as -> in the 'Save as type:' dropdown box select "Web Page, complete" and not the default "Web archive, single file".

I use FF and I just right clicked on an image on this page to double check. Yep one of the options in the context menu is "Save Image As".

Don't worry, it is not always bad to be underestimated. Competitors tend to let their guard down this way. I knew you were experienceing some glitch and it wasn't simple ignorance because you know how to crop an image and that is something 95% of the people are clueless about or end up with a 10MB bitmap.

Well the reason you're not getting the images options in your right click context menu is that you're viewing the pics in a flash gallery or some other media type format.

As I'm sure you're aware, you get a different context menu depending on where you click on a page. Click somewhere on an html element and you'll get a menu with navigation, view source, save page, etc options. Right click on an img src picture and you'll get a context menu that includes options pertaining to viewing or saving images. If you right click on a flash object you're going to get the context menu you show there with media options.

I'm not even sure why you have a gallery object on FB photos. When I go to photos on anyones page it opens a regular html photo gallery page. So the right click works for saving the images. In fact on the photo page I get on FB it even has a link to save the picture right there with the share options. I can't even find an option to view photos in the gallery format shown in your screen shot. Maybe it's something that's different depending on your global fb location.

To save the photos in your case you'll either have to figure out how to view the photos on the regular html page instead of the flash gallery, view the source to find the actual image location, or just do a print screen.
