Insurance (centralized) on bitcoin (decentralized)? I think you're missing the point.
Just don't keep your coins on websites or apps that store your private key. That is all.

When you say insurance you mean like if they get stolen you will get a payout?
Just invest in a Trezor Model T, store them on there properly, don't tell another human being about it, store it somewhere you know no one will ever find it.
