Is it okay to post on 2 different YT channels on same PC?

I'm posting 1 short daily on my channel but I wanna make a new YouTube channel to post there different videos. It might be same niche or I may try something different. I add values to my videos so they are not against YouTube TOS.

Does that hurt my main channel? Operating 2-3 YouTube channels is a problem for YouTube?

No problem,
don't upload duplicate videos, upload unique videos

I also want to upload the same video to another channel in another language (I can speak 3 languages. I wanna upload the video in 3 different languages) Would that be a problem?

If u upload the same video, edit it or use the mirror option to make it look different/ have different meta data

There is no problem if your content is unique, YT itself allows you to create multiple channels

You are allowed to own 2 YT accs per phone number - it's Ok to publish from the same PC as you are already the owner of the channels.

If you use different proxies and servers, there are no problems
