Is it okay if i switch the keywords for my domain?

Hi everyone,
I would like to know that if it's okay if i switch the keywords in the domain name.
For an example
If the keyword is loudestspeaker then i switch it to speakerloudest for the domain since loudestspeaker is taken.
Will it affect my ranking or anything?
Or should go for org? the org have the exact keyword

yeah you can change keywords; but they must be related to the content.
