Is it ok to use 6000 wiki blast on my web 2.0 sites?

Hello,

I have 18 web 2.0 buffer sites as my tier 1. Is it ok to use 6000 wiki blast to it?

It depends on what you mean by "being OK". There's always a risk. According to Google the only "white hat" thing you should do is give them your money. All the rest is black hat. So it's not ok, but according to us it is ok.
 
Yes, you will be fine if they are not directly to your money site. The web 2.0s can take a little beating and as slow as wikis usually index you have nothing to sweat.

Yeah man do it. I would say go big on tier 2 and blast around 50-70k if niche is worth ranking for.
