Some youtube vids have great content, and some of it copyrights free, is it ok to use a script to get the text rendered by youtube for CC text and then use the content on my website?

Basically using speech to text, screen capture or even typing it by hand.

    What about other video sites?

What is the copyright rules to that?

I looked on Google, and when typing in the text of what the guys are saying on the video, the content is NOT indexed, so there would be no harm?

    Thanks
