eBay spinning software? Not entirely sure what the point is as most people just copy/paste the ad from another eBay user and most the time eBay doesn't care. Unless they get a complaint directly from the person you copied the listing from.

I also wouldn't use software to spin on eBay as you don't want it taking "this item is in poor physical condition but great working condition" and making it "this item is in a great physical condition but poor working condition".

eBay sniping software? That's legal, eBay doesn't like it but there's not a whole lot they can do. I'm not sure how profitable you'd be as there are tons upon tons of free ones. JBidWatcher if you want to install it on your computer, and there's lots of sniping websites.

There are pretty many out there, but not many that are reliable.

A sniping service website is better than software as the user does not have to worry about leaving their computer on, their power going out, whatever.

EBay doesn't care as long as you're not hijacking accounts or an easy target to get hacked so that someone else can hijack accounts.

You are not supposed to say eBay password but instead use a token or something, but I would say most save passwords.

If it wasn't "legal", eBay would block the IP addresses of the sniping services. The big services submit hundreds or even over a thousand bids a day.

Auctionsniper, gixen, etc. have been in operation for years.
