I have a cracked version of SEO-Pressor and an Elegant theme on the wordpress site. Will I run into legal trouble for selling this? Or can I include it on the sales page?:D

Man don't be silly. Of course you can run into issues if you do either of what you propose.

Sell it and the buyer finds he's got a cracked version and he'll be pissed.

Disclose you are selling a cracked version and most likely a flippa competitor will snitch you out to the copyright holder and get your auction taken down.

Wtih that said, I think hundreds of listings are using nulled templates and plugins. Others are selling sites with plugins that can't be distributed without a developer's license. I ran into such a problem myself. I had a VA building blogs and the SOB threw my WP-robot on sites he listed. Next thing I've got emails pouring in where his buyers are trying to update MY WP-robot PLUGIN. Needless to say the VA is now looking for a job.

So now you know. Take the risk or do it right but at least you know what to expect.

Of course you could get into trouble. As soon as they find out, they will file a chargeback request and you will be screwed anyways.

Well, i am not sure, if you get into problem or not. But i am sure your buyer knows you are selling a copy of which you do not have license. Because, you are not modifying anything, and the buyer can easily google it, and can find original theme site :)

If you're selling the site for a decent amount, just buy the real elegant themes, and SEO Professor right before you give it to them if you feel it's necessary.
