1000/ accounts per week?! You run that many or are looking to farm and sell? You need a team underneath you. Go to elance. Many Indian farmers there. If you have a solid method you can pay for cheap labor.

No it's not illegal in that it will not result (generally) in a criminal case unless you are somehow using it to profit you and cause loss to Facebook.

It is however a civil suit waiting to happen (see Amazon actions against fiver sellers). You could be sued for copyright infringement if you use the word facebook to sell your product without permission. You can also be sued for breaching terms and conditions of Facebook.

Now that is not to say that a suit would be successful as they would have to prove that you materially damaged their business. That being said a company with deep pockets can deal with you by the very thought of hefty legal bills. So the best response to the first cease and desist is fair cop guvnr, remove the site and move on. (Unless you are certain you are anonymous and ignore them, but stand by for a lifetime of debt if they do find out who you are)

Thanks. Unless of course I don't use Facebook. Well my idea to sell the product wont harm their profits and the advertising won't continue for a long time it'll be a 1 week maximum advertisement, away from Facebook centrals in small country on the Balkans. So I don't think that i will be found by them. Also i'll try to make it as anonymous as possible.

I know that it's forbidden but I doubt it's illegal, even if it is, you have to check with your country's law about it. You won't get into trouble if there's no such mention about it in your country's laws.

What should i search in the law? Well our constitution is a bit crappy so I don't think it's going to be mentioned. But just to be sure, what should I look at?
