    Hi

Few weeks ago I got some expensive domains like CNN.uk.com - webdesign.cn.com ........

Now I am in-need to sell CNN.uk.com as it was the most expensive one, and need to know if it's legal to sell domains like that ?

Registering or buying a domain with a brand name in it (such as CNN) is considered trademark infringement and can be considered brandjacking and cybersquatting if you use the domain or are planning to use the domain for nefarious purposes (such as assuming the identity of CNN to generate sales). CNN could potentially pursue claims for trademark infringement if they find out since your domain name is likely to cause confusion between the real CNN domain and your brandjacked CNN domain. Even if you do not intend to harm the company's reputation with the domain, there is always a possibility that CNN could become litiguous, so it's better to be on the safe side and abandon that domain.

Just to let you know, I am not a lawyer and this is not to be taken as legal advice.
