For example, I made one on-line store, I do or don’t some SEO, I have or haven’t blogging section with articles.
If I buy “pay traffic” (even from fiverr) and sent it directly to my “money” site, is it against the law, or not?

I know this is against the AdSense “Term of use” I’ll get filter or ban if uncle “G” will know that.

The main thing right now, is it against the federal, international or other LAW? I can have some problem when I do that?

Notice – my site probably will be works with amazon affiliate program
So Amazon would see some issue when I will buy traffic, but at the same time sell their products?

    Thanks in advance!

Absolutely not illegal. Buying traffic is literally what adwords is, so Google is sort of hyprocrytical

But illegal because google's "Term of Use" or illegal by LAW?

    I just found this article >>> http://growtraffic.com/blog/2015/05/buying-traffic-your-blog-and-website-illegal
In his opinion buying traffic could be unethical, but is legal.

I'm talking about real human traffic, no bot traffic?

LOL, of course it's LEGAL.. you can do with your website w/e you want !!

I have no idea why does it even bother google ! Unless you are sending fake traffic to google adsense, it has nothing to do with google!

However, I have no idea what will benefit from buying fake traffic ! they won't buy !!!

On other hand, if you mean you are buying real traffic, then this is what ppc, ppv, cpa and the whole IM is all about !

I don't know why you'd buy fake traffic. It won't solve any purpose, plus your adsense account can get banned.

Fiverr traffic? I've heard of a lot of guys getting quick account bans by buying crappy fake traffic. I have no idea about the law aspect of this idea... but from a practical standpoint I HIGHLY doubt you'll make it work. I wouldn't bother with this BS, waste of your time/money.

Buying traffic and sending it to your money site is absolutely legal and standard whether you monetize through product and service sales, CPA, CPM, or CPC...

On the other hand, knowingly buying fake bot traffic such as that sold on Fiverr, that you know full and well is computer generated and not authentic human visitors, and send it to your site with the sole purpose and intention of CPM / CPI ad Revenue for ads viewed by nobody, and especially if you take it a step further and use programs or take actions to attempt to hide or falsify data on these bot generator "visitors" in order to further that cause and protect your ill-gotten gains, then yes it is highly illegal on an international level... it's fraud... that being said, in most if not all countries, it highly unlikely to be pursued on any level Beyond getting your account with that particular Network potentially banned unless you do it at massive scale and are incredibly good at it - I can probably count on one hand how many of those cases I've heard of in the last 10 years, out of Millions ( literally) who use those methods and wish they could achieve that level of success(?) at it... perhaps kill is it better Choice of wording

This is a black hat forum and absolutely no judgement is being passed here, nor am I saint, and if I told you I've never pursued any of these revenues before ESP in my early early days of IM, I'd be lying out my ass - but I figured you should probably get the full picture of what it is based on intent in order to decide for yourself whether or not to go for it..

Fake traffic is not illegal but it's surely useless.
In term of Adsense, fake traffic is againgst there terms and will certainly get your account banned.

It is not illegal but when Google will detect the fake traffic your account will be banned for some time or it can be banned for lifetime so you will need to be careful. Because Google is that much intelligent to notice the fake traffic.

You will buy fake traffic for no use for your store website. So better to avoid it and try to get organic traffic to your site.

Good luck buying real traffic. Almost every person/service who offers "real" traffic is sending botted views. Which can be useful for certain things. However, if you're expecting them to be anything besides robots, you are going to get burned.
