I have about 10 keywords that are semi related but also very different. I was wondering if it would be better or easier to rank each keyword on it's own site or make a larger website and have a page for each keyword.

Depends on the earnings potential. If the keywords are valuable enough, I'd split them up.

It would be easier to rank each keyword on it's own site if they are EMD.

Go with one website. Make it very strong and work for different keywords.

Each keyword gets about 6-10k searches a month with little competition.
Yes all EMD are available for the keywords

    Use only one domain..
One domain PR4 is better than 4 domains PR1...

And if you wan't to build a good website you will need to work hard if you wan't 4 good website it will be 4 time harder...

There are lots of variables here and it's going to be based on what you have in mind.

However, if the keywords are somewhat related to each other and each of them
can't produce tens of keywords you are better off putting them in one site and using
    pages to demarcate where necessary.

Ya that's what I was thinking. thanks for your input.
Thanks, I am gonna try to make a site for all the keywords if it fails i can always just split them up in individual sites.

EMDs are the way to go. If the earning potential is high, then individual sites would be a great choice.

OR, you can try this --> Choose one money site. Boost it with content, create web 2.0s based on these keywords, promote those a bit and bang! You have a quality backlink linking to your website for that keyword.

Some good suggestions already shared above.
My suggestion - If the keywords are related and/or the search volume for each keyword is low, stack them up on one website. If they are unrelated or have high search volume, go for different sites.

    cheers

I think that I would do both, set up some emd's and make an authority site of related keywords also.
    I like both methods.
You never know what Google will do next, don't put all of your eggs in one basket :)

A multi phase dispersal of keywords would work the best most likely.
