usually i edit wordpress so i change post thumb, post title and read more (3 separate anchors pointing to post link) so i have only 1 anchor pointing.

However now i m strugglin editin plugins cause they are causing the double anchors

So is it bad if 2 or more anchors on single page point to HOMEPAGE or POST/CATEGORY for SEO?

I think its okay because too many blogs will have such problems or habit or whatever, but when consider the juice flow, I have no idea too though.
