Is it bad for SEO to buy and park the domain

Here is the deal,
I am looking into buying domain now with namesilo with plan to use it within a month from now but I want to save the name. Namesilo uses parking as I understood by reading so my question is:
Is there any negative affect to buy domain name and park it and use the domain in a month time? By negative affects I mean that google would not index my website properly later on etc.

Was reading about this and some say this doesn't matter, while others say it is still better to buy the domain name when you launch your website and thus go for both at the same time.

Want to hear your opinions, this will certainly matter to me. I do believe there's no negative but still not sure.

No negative impact in my opinion. There is nothing wrong with parking a domain for a couple months, or even more time.
