Is it any tool to publish to many blogs automated?

now i have many blogs that i need to post manually, insert image, tag, and categories.. my article will be in txt format and i hate to manually login wp admin, click add new, copy paste my article and manually click publish .
is it any tool to make me automate the process ? can AMR do it for me ?



or if anyone can make one for me (if possible) pm me for the price.
