Is it against the law to pay someone to use fake emails to sign up for a site that I get an affiliate commission for when someone signs up? Please answer thank you very much and have a good day.

Yes it is against the law. It's obtaining money through deception.

It would be up to the company whether they pursued the matter though and it would be unlikely.

And one day if you have some bigger business would you like someone cheating you like that??

Lol I tried that already. Made $3000 before they caught on because apparently leads purchase also. Had 1000 "leads", 0% conversion. I did everything possible to make it looks subtle, but I forgot that crucial part. I had a 60:1 hit:lead ratio, fluctuated my leads, used the best VPNs, hell I even made a website. But alas, I got banned.

What I've learned online is that mostly everything is against the law in some way, shape, or form. And no one will ever care unless you are actually making a dent somewhere with what your doing.
Can't be more right about that one :)
