Is it a red flag if one IP address has 2-3 downloads/installs?

I'm a member of a couple different networks but there's one I like more than the others because of the offers they have. I would like to promote many of their offers on my website but is it a red flag if one person (one ip) has 2-3 different downloads/installs on it AND if those downloads/installs are happening only a minute or so apart? Thanks

It really depends on the network's terms and conditions.
It might raise some doubts if your conversion rate is more than average.
Other than that, 2 -3 different installs from same IP is fine i think. I have cpa thing going on my website and very few users do download 2 -3 times with same IP.
If everything is natural you do not need to worry at all.

You should be fine. There are people who will keep thinking they are messing something up and they will uninstall and reinstall.

I just have a page where I recommend installs and they're all common programs so I believe people may install more than 1 from the same network.

If people install one from the same network it should be fine. Some people seem to think re-downloading and re-installing will work for them, and as long as you're getting other conversions it shouldn't be suspicious at all.

    Agree with what Alpha123 said.
However if that happens a lot, just go ahead and talk to your AM and explain what's going on (In this case tell him that you have no idea what's going, you saw someone downloading the file multiple times some days ago but you thought that's a one-time only that's why you didn't take any acton, but now you noticed that it just happens again and again and that's why you contacted him so he can investigate or whatever his job is).
