Today I decided to change from normal VPS hosting with multiple dedi IP to multiple C class and I placed to request to my provider.

He called me up just now and told me its a myth and promoted by few web hosting provider to get some extra bucks. Though he is ready to provide it with some additional cost ($4 per IP), but he advised me to stick up with dedi IP.

googled it and found mix of review. Though some agree and call it BH tips while few totally disagree from their exp.

What the expert guys here thinks. Specially those who has tried both.

Depends upon what you are planning to do. If you plan to use the same Adsense account, than it is useless. If you plan to do different sites with different content, than it is useless again, since otherwise people using shared hosting planes would be doomed from the start. It is only useful if you are not using same PPC account and have similar content across web pages.

if however you are planning on hosting a network of sites all linking to a money site, then yes it is essential. Obviously make sure your whois is different in all cases etc.

I do know of some people whio have got away with not doing multiple C classes, but I wouldn't risk it myself

This sounds reasonable, although nobody really knows (including those people who have 5 blogs running and think having found a proof for something).

My opinion is similar: if you have many domains with same content or themes, this MIGHT be useful. Otherwise, you are possibly wasting time and money.

Yeah, the use of multi-class ips is the same reason for using parasites when autoblogging and the like; it's just one less foot-print connecting everything together.

As you indicated, yes I do need for the same purpose. I am setting up 3 autoblog with almost same theme. 2 of these blog are almost similar content but the other one is same theme but different content.

If you will be using same Adsense acc, then you don't need different C class ips
