Is is possible to sell these Adwords coupons?

I got these $100 Adwords coupons in the mail, and I'm not into Adwords anymore. My question to anyone who has tried in the past is: if I sell this to someone, are they going to be able to use it? Or is it attached directly to my account?

It doesn't say it is, but that's just the kind of crap I expect the big G to pull.
