Hello everyone, one of my client site is ends with .in (India). Now he is asking to make his website to reach around middle east. I know .com can able to do it but is it able to do same in .in sites?

Why .com? .in site will be available all over the world. It's just a way to tell that the site is located in India. now if your client wishes his website to reach around the middle east you can try some inorganic methods with detailed targeting, however, recommendations in the local search results isn't something very easy

I have seen a lot of global oriented websites with .IN.
I think that content and SEO are to main factors, not domain name extension.

I have done SEO and made that site to get good search rankings. Can you give some tips for this?

Like any other domain, if your website or blog is cleanly optimized to rank well in search engine results pages, it will be viewed and served by the means of Google, Bing and alike search engines.
.in domain names can be accessed (viewed) from anywhere there is an Internet connection . Any domain can be viewed from any part of the world as long as it has not been banned by that specific country . Unless of course , in China or North Korea or similar countries where the Internet is tightly restricted and controlled.
If it is on the Internet, it is absolutely accessible. And even when it is not accessible from a certain part of the world, you can make use of proxy sites or VPN of other countries to access your .in site.

Hope this Helps !

Thanks for such a detailed explanation. Do you know free VPN sites? I'm using browsec but it is just accessing UK, US, Netherland for free.

Well, I've been working with Middle East projects (UAE) for 5 years already and in my niches I've never ever seen a website with .in TLD ranking for any keyword, or any other foreign TLDs.. There are either .ae websites or global TLDs.

Country specific domains do help to rank in such countries but they do have a fair option to rank internationally just like any other TLD,
If he's targeting some specific countries, go with country-level optimised pages along with some country-specific links (guest posts as example) and you'll be good to go
