Not all accounts are impacted, so it varies. If it is affected, though, you can expect it to be resolved in a few days.

Before I thought it was a bug but the facebook platform saw that it would help facebook limit advertisers who forget to pay so they turned it into a facebook feature.

70% of current accounts are having hold problems, or hidden holds because I left my money uncontrolled. Removing holds is quite simple. With the large number of accounts I own, it is difficult to manage.

That's right . When it first appeared, it only existed on a few accounts and until now, it exists on almost all accounts and Facebook forces us to accept it.
