I subscribed to linklicious and cancelled it last before month as the results weren't that good really.
Even after canceling I was charged for the next period and when a ticket has been opened for a refund, the staff said that they see that it was not charged on their side.

I got them the message that was sent when I was charged and they said they have refunded it no and will make sure that future subscriptions don't occur.

Now this month I have been charged again and not a single envy has been refunded to my account.
Is this the way these scammers survive the industry?

Did you cancel via PP or HKSEO's system? It is better to cancel via PP so.

first I don't think Linklicious is worth paying for - so yeah I can see why you want to cancel.

but to cancel a subscription you just got to my account and downgrade to free - it then stops
billing you on the next bill cycle.

hope it works out for you.

You can try to reverse the payment using Paypal or your credit card provider.

Paid via cc and yep downgraded to free before 2 months. Seems some customers feel lazy to open a ticket ask for refund and this is the business tactics of these masters?

Just opened another support ticket. Let me see what tactics they use this time.

Hello, You can PM me your ticket number. This tool has been around a long time and we are not notorious for anything shady. Things happen with code, c.c. companies or payments systems change and then you have to re-write codes etc all the time. Paypal, for example, changed 3 times, in the last month, how they process cancellations. So when we have a code written to cancel customers via paypal, and then paypal changes it. It stops working on our end and we have to re-write it.

This has been the case for us recently, no one is trying to rip you off, we always have and always will happily refund you if there is an issue with cancelling, and we will always stay on top of it and try to iron out any bugs when they pop up. Again, if you PM the ticket number, I'll make sure I get to it. We close out tickets every day (2 days at most) monday through friday. We don't work weekends, so if you have a problem friday after 6:30pm when we are gone, it won't be until monday morning that we see it.

Well, they did screw a ton of people hard on "high PR society".
However, now that's a great negative SEO tool as it's a surefire way to drop a site's rankings. Tried it on the only competitor who survived penguin and it definitely helped get their site knocked down.

Apart from what Expert said above, they are not really "Scammers". I tried their service a while back and I honestly got no big results and ultimately I was not happy. Their prices were also a big high then.

I recommend you go with Lindexed if you want your links crawled and indexed. They have a much better support, and I would recommend them anyway if you are looking for good quality.

This is just my opinion, and with all respect, Linklicious isn't the best for me, although I will come to it 2nd should Lindexed fail me.

When you sign up for automatic monthly payments, you need to cancel that payment inside of Paypal.com. If you downgrade/cancel on the membership site, most do not touch your paypal account so that payment is still active.

You've basically told paypal to pay these people until you cancel. You need to log into paypal and cancel the auto payment.

This is true if they are using PayPal subscriptions. But at the end of the day they should also manually go in and cancel the account, especially if the client has requested to do so.

Having said that, HKSEO and services are not a scam, they've been around a while and aren't in the game of scamming people. If they were you would have heard a ton of reports thus far.

Most services don't have access to your paypal account, that's why you have to do it on your own.

I wouldn't go so far as to call them scammers but the exact same thing happened to me like 3 months running. And no, it was not set up via PP. When I finally got sick of canceling on their site, and having been confirmed of it but still having my funds disappear every month, I emailed them a snarky email which got it finally taken care of and I think I got a refund for the last month.

I think a WORKING payment setup is the most important part & i dont see any complication in this.
Are you telling that your payment codes wasn't changed for the last 2 months ( as i have been billed so even after cancelling?). If that's so, why do you keep expanding your services without getting it setup properly.

This is more like a stalling tactic. Some people dont even check their card statement & some feel lazy to cancel the subscription or to open a ticket & some when they don't get a refund ( like me ) leave it just like that saying ah!!!

Now a ticket has been opened & it's already a day & no proper response. Also the last refund was never received which was promised to be made around a month ago ( whereas refunds come to our card usually within 2-3 weeks ).

If it was $54 from me then there are 100's of customers who never check their statement & it's $54 *100's that is taken away for nothing.

Just my point. Fix it soon. Waiting for a reply.

Well they did the same to my high pr society account where I canceled the subscription from account (as they were saying if you cancel from account you won't be billed again) and they still billed. Opened support ticket blabla, canceled again - billed again.

Hope this won't happen the third time as my dashboard clearly states now: "You have no subscription".

I have a few thousands credits but cannot use them on my sites as they'd do more harm than good. Probably better to follow ExpertPeon and use the links on competitors lol.

I don't check every thread in every forum daily, like I said, PM me if you have issues or create a ticket.

I asked you to PM me the ticket number, I don't have any open tickets in my que right now. I'll say it again, PAYPAL is having issues cancelling people. They have changed the way they accept cancellation request 5 times in the last 6 months. Yes, that is a literal number, if you don't code, I don't expect you to understand the problems that causes when you have your cancellation system set up to work with another companies cancellation process. And FYI, they don't send out emails to let us know they do that. They just do it.

They send out confirmations that they are cancelled and then they bill customers again as well. It isn't an issue with everyone, but it happens. If you have problems cancelling, I suggest you contact paypal and cancel directly. We've never had this problem before, and as soon as they fix their issue...ours will be fixed as well. In the meantime, we have never refused a refund for anyone during this process. If you have an issue, create a ticket and we will take care of it the best we can.

Quit trying to spin this into some weird, evil, corporation scheme, like we survive off the hope no one knows that money is disappearing out of their accounts. That is silly. Linkilicious has been around for years and proven to be effective. There are literally 1000's of users who testified to the effectiveness and there are 100's of people/companies that integrate us in their systems. Its like any other tool, it works as well as the person who is using it. Don't blame hammers when you smash your thumb.

Every tool we have ever made has done exactly what it says it does. High PR society was incredibly effective and like every other private network, it took a hit and we had to recover. We didn't screw anyone over. Its not like we released the penguin update. Lets keep things realistic, we all know what field we are in and we all know the risks and the fact that it changes constantly.

I'll say again, PM ME YOUR TICKET NUMBER, so I can look you up and help you. I can't help you with your forum nickname.
