If the guess posts are from sites with traffic yes it will be worth but normally the guess posts are more expensive . You can also use PBNS but guess posts is still worth if the price is right and website have traffic and DA high

Correct point, guest posts are worth it when they come from sites with real traffic and high DA, even though they’re usually more expensive.
 
Ive been trying to about 7 months; in the end I did not work because quality wasnt there - tried many different options.
Looking for quality and only high DA/DR, ideally "known" blogs/news sites etc. If someone has please let me know.
