    Dear BHW community,

I haven't built links in half a year with GSA and I'm wondering if this tool is still actual in 2017?

I'm planning to do tier link building for an authority website, which looks something like this:

Tier 1 - Guest Posting & Blog Posting
    Tier 2 - Web 2.0's
    Tier 3 - GSA

My question is whether GSA can still be considered the best in the following aspects or there are better tools for some of these points:

    • safety
    • results
    • price

Let's have a discussion. I'm open to new perspectives :)

GSA can still be used, only if you are able to obtain a quality site list to post to. A lot of link sellers out there, just push crap into their link list, and that hurts your site.
Also, some of these link sellers provide link list that does not work, and GSA will not be able to effectively churn out links based on the crappy site list.
But if you have a good list link, which contains some good sites, I've even used GSA for Tier 1 links as well.

    Thank you for the information.

Any idea how to obtain a good list of links? If I'm not asking for too much.

You can buy lists but in my experience those are only okay, I would suggest harvesting them with GSA or scrapebox.

Agreed.I still use it for tier 1. It's all about filters and what and where you posting.

To me it's everything. I use it for all tiers not only for lower tiers. With right content and filters, you can use it.

    For your concerns ,

    Like you asked

    • safety
    • results
    • price
Safety - It depends on what you do. If you loadup with crappy content and choose all engines it;s not at safe zone. But with decent picky engines and importing good data you can have pretty safe link builidng.

results - It all depends on what niche you are working at and how it's strong

price - c'mon mate it's one time fee.

For your question, simple answer is yes.

You don't find a better tool for tiered link building than GSA search engine ranker. Best of best it's from GSA team. So they update their all softwares at daily basis. ( GSA pushes least once a week update while fixing bugs and adding users requirements)

GSA success depends on many factors including how tough your competition and what is your niche (AFAIK google uses rrf for each niche).

If you are a beginner, you need some time with all the trial and errors. SEO is not something you can learn with a press of a button, so this applies to all tools as well.

GSA SER is not another WSO tool where the user can press a button and wait for magic happens which never comes true.

It supports a lot of CMSs from a lot of platforms including articles, forums, web20s (serengines), etc.

So safety and results based on the user.

Price is fairly cheap, and it's one-time fee with lifetime updates.

Like any other tool, you will have some expenses for proxies, VPS, etc.

It will be a good investment if you are sticking up with SEO and ready to learn.

Simple answer is YES. However, you should use RankerX + GSA to rank for low to medium competition keywords. you achieve the best results
