AS title says, I been growing one account and I use Gramblr mainly for Photo upload, I found it very friendly and easy to use. I do not know if it is safe thought for instagram in long run when I want to use it for more accounts... Please enlignthen me
First of all, using 3rd party applications like gramblr violates Instagrams TOS so technically, your accounts are at a risk. However, I used gramblr as well for some time and never encountered any issues. The owner himself posted a while ago (must be like 3 months) that no bans have been reported to him so far. So all in all I'd say you're pretty safe, but I would stop using it when your account is big and you make serious money with it.
