Google is ever-changing. I've seen no serp movement to indicate any recent sizeable update, however.

I believe the most realistic answer would be - no one knows for sure. However, the good news is that according to Google the new Penguin is a real-time algorithm. Yes, this basically means that it may hit you anytime unpredictably, BUT on the other hand, all the positive changes and improvements (in case you actually get hit) should take affect much faster as well. What`s more - the penalty this time won`t be site-wide, which means you can concentrate on any page involved and recover much faster, just once a penalized page is re-indexed. To keep an eye on the update you might want to track your organic traffic closely and monitor any major changes in rankings of any individual pages. Surely, a preventive backlink profile audit won`t be a bad idea either.
