Isn't this old news? The suggestion box has been there for a while now. I have seen no difference in rankings at all.
There are reports that "Google Instant makes SEO irrelevant"
All my pages are WAY low on visitors today.
Although handy for most people, real-time search results will create a whole new plane for search-engine optimization.
"Google Instant means no one will see the same Web anymore, making optimizing it virtually impossible. Real-time feedback will change and personalize people's search behaviors," says PR pro Steve Rubel, on his blog.
This means that businesses will have to rethink their SEO and Web strategy to work the new system, although Google states that it won't change its rankings. Google is also trying to reassure advertisers that Instant will improve the "quality" of clicks on ads but promises nothing, saying overall that it may increase or decrease impressions. Wow, they really went out on a limb there.
I Googled my name and to start, just the letter "B" gave me five choices: BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit), Bank of America, Best Buy, and Bing. It wasn't until I got past "Barbara E." that I could go beyond Barbara "I Dream of Jeannie" Eden and find articles written by me.
It is messing everything up. I don't think it will stick for long. Google removes the features that people don't like much.
link?Didnt anyone hear the news about Google? I caught a quick glimpse of it on CNN the other day. the F** is currently investigating google search engine code, as they put it, to see if they are favouring search results after complaints by many of their customers. I havent heard anything since but it was on CNN.
I'm sure g**gle will qualify this by throwing the term "authority site" instead of top brand. It's like Google is recommending top brand pages for the user.
i would have to say that this is irrelevant to anyone. but, lets say that you have the keyword:
"free online dating"
so, someone is going to look for
"where can i find free online dating" or
"what dating site is free"
so what you could do is mix your keywords up a bit.
keep your online dating to:
"where can i*"
"where can i find*"
"where can i find free*"
"where can i find free online*"
"where can i find free online dating*"
and for the other
"what dating site*"
"what dating site is*"
"what dating site is free*"
that way as they are typing it is the one constant site that keeps showing up
